How will we know that you donated?

We will be publishing ALL financial records publicly so everyone can see where every penny has gone. Every person on the Commit Your Code team is donating their time to support and help this event. We are not making a profit or keeping a dime off of this. This event strictly exists for the community and to help others.
How are you putting this event on?

This event has been difficult but it is 100% thanks to our amazing sponsors. So many, and I really mean so many, companies said no once I said the timeline for this event to happen. The sponsors we have now made very special accomedations to support us, the community and charity! I was shocked. I heard more No's than you can imagine! Very grateful for the opportunity we have to serve our community because of these partners. PLEASE support them!
Will there be on-site registration?

Yes, on-site registration will be available for those who haven’t purchased tickets in advance. However, we recommend buying your tickets online ahead of time to avoid long lines.
What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel but want to take your donation back, who am I to argue that. We are all grown adults, stuff happens. You can absolutely get your money back.
What can I expect from this event?

We will be having 3 tracks, so there will be a central area for the keynote and then different sections for each track so you can listen comfortably. Lots of networking and a lot of people!
Can I volunteer?

Yes, we welcome volunteers to help with various aspects of the event. If you're interested, please contact our support team.
